Doug was absolutely excellent. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. We have been dealing with a mouse issue which can be stressful and honestly a little scary, but Doug was the first exterminator who truly listened to our concerns without dismissing or minimizing them. That meant a lot. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and walk us through what he was doing and why. His approach made us feel much more comfortable and confident that the problem was being handled properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and solving the issue, not just rushing through the job. Doug did a thorough job and we already feel like we’re finally making progress with our mouse problem. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with, Doug is the person you want. Highly recommend!
