Carlos called ahead of his on time arrival. He and I went through the house, room by room. He serviced each room, as needed. He was very attentive to what I was explaining about the issue we have been experiencing.
Carlos explained the details of the service he was performing. After service was finished inside, Carlos serviced what he could outside even though there’s still snow on the ground.
You can check the termite traps on the next visit. I’m very pleased with the service today.
