Horizon is a little pricey but we received excellent service from Abigail. She was polite, friendly, attentive, knew what she was doing. She answered all our questions and concerns and checked every nook and cranny to.make sure she covered all areas of concern. I highly recommend this company.
Carlos called ahead of his on time arrival. He and I went through the house, room by room. He serviced each room, as needed. He was very attentive to what I was explaining about the issue we have been experiencing.Carlos explained the details of the service he was performing. After service was finished inside, Carlos serviced what he could outside even though there’s still snow on the ground.You can check the termite traps on the next visit. They do a stellar service every time they come and today Ronell came and did an external inspection and smelled gas by our external utility box and alerted us so we could call PSEG immediately! On top of their usual great service, he went above and beyond today.
