As a homeowner you have various contractors come in to do work. From the first call Grace & Mercy was responsive, followed up and were always on-time or early. After living in our home for over 10 years, somehow, we got roaches. Some say once you have them you will always have them. I hate these critters, so I called Grace & Mercey. Now, after 2 treatments we are roach free. This is the best exterminator that I've ever worked with and I've lived in 3 homes and 3 apt. in the past 35 years.
Stay away!!!I gave one star so that I can leave a review. I contracted them back in August, they performed pt.1 of a 2 part job. They charged me, never sent an invoice and then never contacted me for the 2nd treatment. I was able to speak with someone who came out in October. They texted upon arrival (unprofessional) and I was delayed in responding as my line of work doesn’t allow me to be constantly checking my phone, but I can hear it ring. At any rate, I text back and then call and the phone sounds muffled. They hang up and never called back. I finally was able to get in contact with someone and inquired about the final treatment. They told me they came out, yes, but you texted me to tell me that you arrived and expected me to be aware of this. You’re a professional business and shouldn’t send texts to alert me or your arrival. Maybe that your driver is approaching. At any rate, the woman proceeds to argue with me and I asked if she was going to finish the job or refund me half of the money. She stated that she came again and no one was home (even Comcast’s would just reschedule you if for whatever reason they were unable to reach you, but they would call too). She responded with neither and hung up on me. This is beyond unprofessional and how you treat your customers. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and would encourage everyone to stay far far away from this company.
I will never forget it was. Columbus Day weekend and a rodent graced its presence in my home. I called several companies and no response. Grace & Mercy extermination services called me back that Monday and scheduled an appointment the next Day!!! I was very happy and content with the services, she made the thorough assessment and identified I had multiple rodents in the basement related to nearby construction, I'll never forget Vernell stated " when there habitat is disturbed they look for new places to live" Grace & Mercy very effective, I would highly recommend her to any resident or establishment.
We had the best experience with this company. I called left a message, someone called me back in less than an hour, made an appointment, they were on time, prices are very reasonable. Service was completed, and we are satisfied. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE AND RECOMMEND GRACE & MERCY TO ALL OUR FAMILY/ FRIENDS. Thank you for listening to us.
