We’ve always had a great experience using Orkin. Dwayne is amazing and so professional. He always comes with a bright smile and positive energy. He takes his time and answers any questions we have. It’s always a wonderful experience when he completes our services. We’d definitely recommend orkin to anyone experiencing mice issues. They are reliable and always super responsive.
The service tech was very good. He deserves 5 stars. He was thorough and polite. I am fairly pleased with the results, as well. However, the scheduling could be improved. Out of 4 visits, I think 3 had to be rescheduled. The first time they were running far behind schedule. The second time someone came unannounced/unscheduled (while i was traveling). The final time was due to bad weather and road conditions.
My first time using this service and Tejinder (tony) was so informative and helpful. So amicable, so thorough and made it such a pleasant experience. I have recommended everyone I know today to this company because of him! he's a gem! Even upon initially calling, the woman on the phone was so sweet and explained everything. Thank you!
My first time and definitely not my last. I like that they were very communitave. My original technician couldn't make it but, they still made sure to send someone out last night to my apartment. Braillen my technician was great. I do hope my issue was resolved. I feel for sure that it was.
My Orkin man experience was pleasant. He gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. He came when he said he would, and he had done a very thorough check of my apartment. He even checked the living room area, which I said, I have didn’t have a problem in, which he also verified, that there was no problem in that area. When he left I felt so reassured and that is priceless.
