From the first call, they understood the urgency especially with young kids in the home and got us scheduled for an appoinment in 2 hours.When they came out, they did a full inspection and showed me exactly what was going on: a mother raccoon and her babies had made themselves very comfortable in our attic. As a dad, my main concern was getting them out safely without putting my family or the animals at risk. The team handled it professionally and humanely, which I really appreciated.What really blew me away, though, was the work they did after the removal. I had no idea how much damage had been done up there. Insulation was torn up, there were contaminated areas, and the smell was starting to seep into the house. They didn’t just “clean it up” they fully restored the attic.They removed all the damaged insulation, sanitized the entire space, and replaced everything so it looked brand new. They also sealed up every possible entry point so we wouldn’t be dealing with this again. It honestly felt like they hit a reset button on the whole situation.
