Awful service. I get this included with my housing at Charles gate. Pest guy passed judgement and gave me trouble because I asked him why he is looking in my cabinets. He did not treat for roaches previously and if I do have food in my cabinets I do need to eat to live. My house is clean and I do take care of.Someone across hall has mice not I cuz I have a cat ?? I'll treat my dam self. One thing for sure someone not gonna disrespect me in my own house that I pay rent for. Tyler does pass judgement as he has done so previously stepping in my house and telling me it smells. Surely does not and I don't need an inspection I require a treatment which he has not done at all. There are no mice as I have a cat that watches for and the bait treatment does not work that you use. I got similar product at Walmart. I go not want this man in my house performing pest treatment. Waltham Pest Services started out great for us- our original technician Jesse was so helpful and thorough, we didn’t have any major issues just fruit flies and ear wigs in the yard that he treated for. However after the first year, it seemed like nothing was covered in the contract. Wood-boring insects- not covered, bees nests- only so high, and then most recently, fruit flies aren’t covered either- so what’s covered?! When I asked the technician to treat our yard for earwigs like they did last year, he asked me what I wanted him to do and when I said I don’t know you’re the expert, he just drove away. So I cancelled my contract and filed a formal complaint. I sadly don’t think I’d recommend this company as it all seems like a money grab for them.

I was having issues with ticks in the yard. After calling Waltham pest services, we saw a dramatic change. No more pesky insects. Great job you would highly recommend.
I had rodents in my building and Brad Carter came and was super professional!!! He did a great job I haven’t seen any mice in weeks. 100% recommend Brad he was awesome, I will be bringing him back to do maintenance on my building.
