We are now writing this review, and unfortunately, I have to say that although the process with this company seemed quite good and efficient at first, the overall experience has been disappointing.We quickly signed a contract for three homes, and the first service appointment was scheduled almost immediately. However, within two weeks, the problem reappeared. According to the terms of the contract, I was told I could request an additional service if needed — this is clearly stated in the agreement in case issues arise.When I entered the property and saw that the same problems had returned — cockroaches in the center of the house and ants in various corners — I sent an email that same day. It was clear that the treatment applied two weeks earlier had not worked.I emailed the sales representative I had been in contact with during the contracting process, who was very responsive before the deal was signed. Unfortunately, she stopped responding.I also called the company to schedule another service visit and was told someone would call me back that same day — but no one ever did. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with this company. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day and received no answer.Sadly, the service provided does not match the expectations set, nor does it justify the payment that was made.
