I was able to have someone come out 2 days after calling.Ryan came out to assess my home after I spotted a mouse and some droppings. Ryan was extremely respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Ryan put my mind at ease as he placed traps and stuffed any possible holes of pest entry. Ryan also informed me as it relates to how many mice may be in my home. I was relived to find that it was likely just a singular mouse. After Ryan’s initial visit I did not see the mouse again. Additionally Ryan completed a follow up visit where he checked the traps and baits. Ryan informed there were no hits and the mouse was likely gone as I implemented rodent repellent in conjunction. Highly recommend!
Shawn was awesome. Moved things around to confirm mouse was no longer in kitchen or bathroom. Laid several bait traps inside and outside. Showed me where I had holes that mice could enter. Advice on getting steel wool to seal holes. Very kind and patient with my anxiety. Helped to calm me immensely. Kudos to Shawn and Smithereen’s for such a very prompt response. Had help in about an hour ??
This company is wonderful! We have worked with them for going on three years now, and our experience has always been great. Kudos to everyone in the office and all the text in the field.
