Long overdue for a review. Bulwark has always been extremely accommodating and professional. Prices are very good as well. Typically I only need scheduled maintenance but when we occasionally need additional service they are always very responsive and are quick to get out to the house. The technicians are always very communicative and professional as well. Evyn was the tech that last came to our home. Communicated when they were arriving, when they left, let me know what they did and sent pictures. This has been my experience with all of the technicians too. I highly recommend Bulwark!
We have been using Bulwark for quite some time now. In the beginning, we always had the same technician, Corey, and we absolutely loved him. Corey did excellent work, always took the time to answer questions, and was extremely professional. When he was moved from the Silverleaf area to Fountain Hills, I was a bit concerned—but every technician we’ve had since then has been fantastic.Our most recent visit was with Brendan, and he was wonderful. He rang the doorbell to let me know he had arrived, patiently answered all of my questions, and then rang the doorbell again before leaving to give me a full recap. That level of communication and customer service is truly appreciated.One thing I really value about this company is that the technicians genuinely seem happy to work for Bulwark. It also appears that Bulwark hires good, trustworthy people who have strong family values. That gives me peace of mind and makes me feel safe as a customer.
Lived in this house for years and never had ants, but now-I see them on the daily. Thank you Dillion for calling me right away when I inquired about getting services done on Thumbtack. He scheduled Dustin to come out that same day. Dustin was on time, professional and friendly.
