Wow, what great, responsive and friendly service. This company has been such a pleasure to work with. I found them through Facebook to help us battle some weed issues and each interaction has been helpful, informative and much appreciated. They set up the appointment, sent a reminder that they were coming the day before the appointment, called and offered to let me know when they were 10 minutes away and did exactly that. They turned up on time and were quick, neat and thorough. They even went the extra mile to help me move something I was struggling with on my own. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Bye Bye Bugs for over a year and 1/2 now and trust them to take care of us (and our little friends too). They show up when they say, scheduling and re-scheduling is easy. The staff is awesome. We like that we get the same tech each time, he knows our house and provides great service. The couple times we had to call them back out there were no issues, they treated the affected area and the problem was solved. They explained that when battling ants they need to come into contact and take it back to the nest for a cure. Once we found where they were coming from, BAM! Gone! I completely recommend.
