I received a phone call from another company who charged less and I thought, “why not?” After months with the new service I decided to think about switching companies again. It was then Home Team just happened to call me. They were checking with former customers and asked how things were going. I told them I was interested in a change. Their name implies who they are and the integrity of their business. Home, they are a safe place; Team, they work with each other and with me; Pest, they are about keeping my surroundings safe from infestation; Defense, they protect me and my home. Home Team has an employee named Jesse who not only takes his work seriously, he does it with a great attitude and care. While servicing our house yesterday, he took the time to bring our trash cans from the curb and put them away in our back yard. He never said a word but we caught it on ring. We're an elderly couple so we we're very grateful he did that. Thanks Jesse!!
Bryce did an excellent job for me. He made sure there wouldn’t be any issues with insects crawling around my house. He is friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate his service.
