Joel came out within a day of my call and did a great job.
Our termite treatment technician Jerae was committed to getting the job done right. He showed up on time, took extra time to avoid damage to our wood decking, and stayed after dark to wrap everything up. I appreciate his consideration for our property and willingness do the extra work it took to access the treatment locations. The other atco staff that I dealt with were also courteous, prompt, and communicative. I will use them again if the need comes up.
I was very lucky that there had been a cancellation and to get Marcus to arrive the same day I had called to deal with a mouse problem. They had been nibbling on my padded kitchen mat (see photo), no doubt due to the change to cold & wet weather. Atco had been wonderful eight years ago when I needed them last and Marcus came out and did a thorough exploration, laid some additional traps, and drew up a plan to block their access into the house once again. He dealt with my son as I was unable to be at the house, but he was very professional and thorough. I am now waiting to schedule my repair appointment. You should not hesitate if you have any kind of pest problem to contact this company.
For months we had been dealing with an infestation of "drug store" beetles. Despite Kenny's diligence in treatment(s), we could not eliminate the problem because we could not find the food source. Ultimately we tore out a cabinet and found the source. Dry catfood that some mouse had probably stored away some time ago in an unseen compartment behind a 2 X 4. the food was removed and Kenny treated the now hopefully eradicated problem area. We pray the problem is resolved. Kenny was the consummate professional throughout this undertaking supporting us at every turn.
