We’ve been using this company for quarterly service and they’ve been amazing every single time. They helped us get rid of field mice, spiders, and ants over the summer, and we haven’t had issues since. They’re professional, reliable, and really take the time to make sure everything is handled properly.What I appreciate most is how kid-friendly they are. The team was incredibly responsive, and their technician, Damien, was not only punctual but also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They performed a super thorough inspection, explained their humane trapping and relocation process clearly, and answered all of our questions with patience.
Damien was very nice and welcoming. I was hearing noises in my ceiling and was too scared to check. I called Next Generation and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Damien was very quick with his responses and kept me informed with everything that he saw and planned to do to help. I would 1000% recommend them for any pest control/extermination needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Damien and Damien Sr have done various jobs for us at our own home and rental property (raccoon nest removal services, mice extermination/control).
