He explained everything clearly that he was going to do , completed the job and then explained what to expect. He explained that if the yellow-jackets should return, to call back as the work was guarenteed. I highly recommend Spectrum Pest Control for your bee control needs. I’ve had meaningful conversations with Brian and Dustin as well, both are amazing individuals and do a great job. It’s always a good experience and we see a difference in the number of spiders and other pest. Had a yellow jacket nest in the yard this summer, handled next day. I can’t say enough good things about the service and the folks that come out. A+++++
