All-Safe Pest & Termite

I am so pleased from initial visit with AllSafe Pest & Termite. I cancelled ORKIN due to terrible customer service. I finally decided to try another provider in the area and chose AllSafe. I am so happy I did. From signing up to Nick the tech’s arrival was a seamless less stressful process. What most impressed me was how “patient” Nick was with ensuring we understood what he would do and answering our concerns throughly with no attitude or blowoffs. He explained how other services we did not know about could be layered into the main service as those needs arise. I noticed the work he did outside as well to ensure mesh was added as needed and the things. I explained to Nick my husband Nolty can sometimes totally go into Progressive Commercial mode in trying to explain how he used to spray ?? but despite that, Nick smiled and listen. Yes it was the Nick Nolty show.????????. I’m really grateful for our initial experience and if this continues, we look to be a long time customer. Thanks Nick and AllSafe!!!!

Jerry was very nice. I had a few questions, and he took the time to go over them with me. We recently had a skunk spray around our yard, and he was knowledgeable about how to get rid of the smell. He provided an odor pack for us to use. We also discussed termites and he was very helpful in helping me make the decision to add that to our service.

Trevor did a great job and was very thorough. He made sure everything was carefully treated before leaving. Megan was also very responsive and handled everything quickly over the phone. The system overall is very efficient — from contract to communication and scheduling, everything was easy and seamless. Highly recommend All Safe Pest!

Trevor came by to see what was digging a hole near my foundation. He concluded it ( whatever it is) isn’t making a tunnel but we both suspect it’s the armadillo that has been visiting my lawn! Trevor helped to push dirt back in hole and helped me put temp wire barrier up ( I happened to have) until HOA can implement permanent solution. Appreciate his timely assistance and reassurances. Always appreciate prompt response from All Safe!
