Louis came to our home today for periodic cleaning and spraying around our home. He is the first technician to come into our screened lanai to remove spiders and other bugs from ceiling and the interior without being asked. It looks great! He is friendly and did not hurry through his work. He is a great representative for his employer!!
So extremely disappointed, this used to be a good company when still Adam’s , I ended up hiring them again first appointment was poor communications on there end waited over 4 hours for the service guy to show because not a single person mentioned a window , okay this happens. I had a flea problem that i desperately needed help getting under control they seemed to understand how important it was to stay on top of the service schedule to stay on top of breaking the cycle so after the first treatment they didn’t come back like they told me they would I had to call when I called they informed me it was up to me to call every time to schedule I told them that was not what I was told but hey what can I do except go along , the next session we were informed that way more preparation was need on our part for them to come out we understood so we did everything as told and went through the entire process again and I’m talking the stay out of the house for 4 hours , and once again not only did we never see progress they still didn’t come back so here I go calling again I spoke directly to a manager who told me they would have a tech out to spay regular stuff that didn’t require removing us and oour animals okay no problem except they didn’t show ! So I called again and the same manager argued with me even sent me a screen shot of apparently not speaking to me about setting up our next appointment so I screen shot him back and proved we did speak and he didn’t do his part needless to stay after no progress and several different opinions and no consistency I asked to be removed as a client and refund for the month that no one showed but yet I paid , they have a call center and I’m sorry but that only complicated my situation even more will never use again
I absolutely recommend this company to anyone that needs pest control. They are very reliable and did an excellent job. A special thank you to the technician Josh. He did a phenomenal job and has a great attitude and customer service. Definitely will be recommending to others in my community!
