Very pricey! He did come out and got the raccoons out of our attic very quickly. He also was a nice guy. Wouldn't use him again because of his price.
Alex showed up within an hour last night and did an inspection of our property and was extremely thorough. His communication and professionalism is commendable. Definitely highly recommend!!
We have had excellent service from Alex. His work is timely and complete. We started three years ago with squirrels and woodpeckers living with us. Alex did through inspection, gave us options and we have been very satisfied with his service. Highly recommend this company.
My advice to anyone seeking service from this company is to dot your i’s and cross your t’s. Be sure to get a detailed invoice and confirm that everything Alex tells you verbally is accurately reflected in writing. Also, make sure you’re present during the service, as Alex tends to do the bare minimum. We paid $2,000 for a bat removal service that didn’t include any cleanup or sanitation of the attic, only sanitation and clean up at the entry point. Even that was questionable, as there were still guano drippings at the entry he claimed to have cleaned up. I will give him credit for being responsive but this is not to confuse with quality of work.
I'm so glad my research led me to this company!A momma raccoon and her babies were taking up residence in my Mom's attic.Alex strategically and humanely removed them all.He set up a camera to track their activity and kept in touch consistently on the progress.I will not hesitate to refer or call again if the need arises.Alex is professional, knows his job like none other, and is genuinely nice to talk with. We are 100% satisfied with this company!?? ????????
