Today, 3/4/26, a wonderful young man, Isaac, arrived from Campbell Natural Pest Control to help us with a problem in our daughter's home. We were referred to Campbell by the thoughtful folks at Pest Patrol who couldn't address our concerns as soon as they (and we) would have wished. Their referral was not only generous, but proved very well made as well, for if our service technician Isaac is an indication Campbell Natural Pest Control is an excellent company to do business with.Isaac is extremely personable, professional and efficient. He found our smelly deceased interloper, sussed out several points of entry into our crawl space and mapped out the next steps of Campbell's three-part program to deal with our problem. Although not inexpensive, this plan will without a doubt relieve us of our troubles and leave my daughter and her family once again happy to be in their kitchen.Remember, dear reader, this review is for a three-visit plan that includes: 1. cadaver removal and diagnosis of the scope of our infestation, as well as laying down roughly a half a dozen baited traps in our crawl space; 2. a second visit to check the traps and re-bait where necessary and to seal all entry point where vermin could possible enter our crawl space; and 3. a final visit to inspect the site, collect the traps and see if in the interim rats had caused any damage to the repaired and remediated openings. That is why it is not inexpensive.
The estimator came right on time, and the company sent a reminder before he came. He was efficient, and didn't upsell. He was honest about the fact that our issue was not as concerning as we thought, and he presented a solution that makes us comfortable for the future. Recommended.
