Fast service, but poor follow-up.During the initial visit, the representative assured us that the treatment would be done all around the house, including the soffits and the front brickwork. The next day, an employee came, but only treated the perimeter at ground level.I called that same evening to report it—I was promised a follow-up call… which I never received.I recommend carefully monitoring the work done when they come, to ensure that everything promised is completed.
