This company is well organized and established, they have the knowledge and experience, and the necessary gear for the job. They helped us twice dealing with mice in a two-family home in Roxbury. The communication and customer service were great.Keep in mind that pest control is not an exact science, things can get messy in places that are hard to reach, like under kitchen cabinets and appliances. Even after we hired a masonry contractor to fill and seal cracks and openings in the foundation walls around the basement- there were still mice running around, maybe they already built a nest inside the building.Ladybug helped us fill openings along edges of floors with steel wool, and we added sticky mouse traps and ultrasonic rodent repellers (don't use those if there are young kids or pets at home). Just had Angie from Ladybug pest control arrive on time and proceeded to mouse proof my home. I’ve used this company before for ants and they too were abated. (the ants) Angie was friendly and kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
