Corey came in when everything else had failed. He was at my house next business day. He was kind and respectful (the first person to cover his shoes instead of bringing in mud!) He went through the whole house and placed traps to make sure that I had the coverage I needed and sealed off openings. He is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me as he worked. He was also extremely quick doing so. His costs are reasonable for the service he’s providing and he doesn’t come in asking you to sign monthly contracts or services you don’t need. I highly recommend his services and have already sent him another client.

Pest Avengers couldn’t have been better. Responded quickly on a Saturday and fit us in with a visit on Christmas Eve. Service was professional and technician answered every question with clear depth of knowledge. Within a week our mouse problem had disappeared. Can’t recommend highly enough, if any mice show up again they’ll be the only call we make.
Horrible experience with this company. I made an appointment for 2 seperate units for treatment. They never showed up for the first appointment (Friday). Only when I asked about if they were able to make it out (now Monday), they realized that their tech never showed up. Had I not followed up, this would've gone unnoticed. They sent someone out later on Monday to do the treatment. I had another appointment already booked for Tuesday for a different unit. The tech showed up, but he shattered the oven glass door while performing the treatment. Even though the tech took full responsibility, the company's rep keeps dancing around the fact that "screws were missing" which is why it broke so easily. That is not how stoves work. They agreed to replace the glass and I assumed they had taken care of it. 2.5 weeks later, my tenant reaches out to get an update on this and turns out they are "in the process of ordering it". Horrible. Responses are lacking and I kept getting left on read. During all this time, I never received an invoice or a report. Terrible management, and even worse customer service. Be careful before booking this company. I'll have my attorneys reaching out as everything is documented.
Wow, this company is great. Quick response time and came out in less than two hours after me reaching out. I found two wasps nest at my house, and Corey came out within two hours of me reaching out. He was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and told me if I had any issues to reach out to him. I will definitely be working with Corey and his team again.
