I have used Clear Defense Pest Control for over a year and a half now. The treatments work and last “all the way between treatments” to keep insects out of our home. Their service technicians come during scheduled time windows, educate/answer questions, and are always friendly and seem to care about customer success. Nathaniel has been doing a great job!

It was great to have Matt of Clear Defense come provide a reliable service that keeps our apartment free of bugs. It's why we've stuck with Clear Defense for years. The only thing I don't love is Clear Defense's policy of tying these customer reviews to bonus payments for technicians. It's not great that the company basically requires customers to leave a public review tied to their Google profiles for every routine, recurring service. And it does feel like a requirement because it's being tied to worker pay—just pay your workers! They're great every time, and you wouldn't have a service without them.
