It was great to have Matt of Clear Defense come provide a reliable service that keeps our apartment free of bugs. It's why we've stuck with Clear Defense for years.The only thing I don't love is Clear Defense's policy of tying these customer reviews to bonus payments for technicians. It's not great that the company basically requires customers to leave a public review tied to their Google profiles for every routine, recurring service. And it does feel like a requirement because it's being tied to worker pay—just pay your workers! They're great every time, and you wouldn't have a service without them.
