These guys are outstanding! They’re kind, thorough, consistent, and definitely know their stuff. One of the things we like most is their long-term team — we feel totally comfortable having them in our home. The bugs? Well, they’re no so crazy about them. We are very pleased with this service. We had mice and they did initial inspection and evaluation identifying source of problem. Their exterminator Bob came and set traps for mice plus pellets to repel and sprayed garage for roaches. 2 weeks later he came by and checked the traps and repellent. We’ve not seen any more evidence of mice. Bob was very easy to work with and a real professional. Highly recommend this company and Bob.
So far the staff that I’ve worked with had exemplary attitudes, and great follow up. Keith was the technician who came to my property, he was extremely professional and a wealth of information. The scheduling process was also very accommodating and the scheduler was both friendly and helpful. It definitely feels like a family business that has a lot of soul but also has the professionalism of a bigger well organized company.I’m currently in the process of building my house So I haven’t scheduled my service yet, but when it’s time I will definitely be choosing these guys for my preventative services.-Erin
