I hired Olson’s Pest Technicians out of Aberdeen, SD in Sept. of this year (2023) because of a mouse problem. Billy is the one whom I had dealings with. He was very professional and nice, set up bait stations outside, and bait and traps in the house. They may seem expensive, but how can you put a price on not seeing any more mice? It’s great peace of mind for me. I had texted Billy several times after that with concerns, and he always answered promptly and put my mind at ease. Then after just two months, they hired a new guy named Cody. I have to say you have a winner there as well. Billy was good at training him, and Cody is a great employee, doing things just as he was taught. They text the day before, and then when they’re on the way and know more exactly what time they will be arriving. Today is the first time Cody was here by himself. He even put down some powder outside where the mice or rats had been digging holes in the ground by the house (trying to get in, I suppose). I am very pleased with their service, but that service is only as good as the people doing the job. Kudos to both Billy & Cody. They are fast, efficient, nice, and conscientious.
We had Olson's remove bats from our home. We had several spots on our roof that needed to be sealed and had a lot of guano that needed to be cleaned out of the attic. They were able to do the entire process, which took some of the stress out of a bad situation. After getting rid of the bats, cleaning out the guano, and sanitizing the attic, Olson's put in new insulation. There was a little hiccup when the exhaust fan was accidently disconnected, but when I called to report this issue, they fixed the problem (quickly). I will recommend Olson's to my friends and family and will use them again, if there are any other issues that arise-let's hope not!
All superb service! Scott Keiser/Olson’s has been with the Jaime household since 200-something. He is always honest, reminds me of the appointments and times, and gives me notices of changes. Always respectful and responsive.
I live in Texas and have a place in Marion, South Dakota. I needed some one to handle the bedbug situation without my having to be on site. Olson's coordinated everything with my neighbor and took care of the fumigation without me having to be there in person. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Very professional and friendly.
We have had Olson's provide service at our cabin and permanent residence for eight years. We could not be happier! Not only has our homes been rodent free but the customer service has been outstanding. I whole heartedly believe they care about us as an individual customer.We would recommend then to anyone!
