I was a customer of Warne Chemical from 2015 to 2025. The service and pricing was very consistent up until 2024 when the service started slipping and prices raised dramatically without warning. I called in Oct of 2025 to pay off my bill and end my service with this company. One week after I paid my bill, there was an unscheduled service, I was then sent to collections for a bill for a service I did not know was happening. I reached out to warne chemical to solve this issue, pay the bill and move on. I was told that there was nothing that can be done to pay the bill and I need to work with collections. But they did say they appreciated my 10 years of being customer but there was nothing they could do. I can not recommend this company any longer.
I called Warne Chemical after dealing with a pest problem that I didn't think DIY sprays could handle. From the initial call to the actual service, they were professional and transparent about pricing. The technician arrived on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and—most importantly—the bugs are gone. It’s a relief to have a local team that actually knows the area's specific pest issues. Highly recommend!
These guys are terrific. They helped us get squared away with new water tanks. Nevin in sales is terrific and Korby, who delivered our tanks, was terrific, also. Their boss needs to give them a raise or at the very least, some homemade ribs. Thanks guys, you're best!

We contacted Warne to kill weeds in our backyard to prep for hydro seeding. The front lawn and sides were already established. They rescheduled 5 times due to wind and between each appt we waited 1-2 weeks. We missed the spring planting window due to this. When they finally showed they didn’t call prior and We were out of town. They sprayed without confirmation and killed the ENTIRE yard. They did not call back for quite some time and we went all summer with bare ground. The weeds came back and overtook the whole yard. They finally contacted us in the fall to offer restitution. Their offer was to let them do a quick dry seeding or $600 cash. Nowhere near what it will cost to reestablish a healthy lawn.
