Mario was great!He let me know he was here and spoke to me about if I wanted him to come in to exterminate since I recently saw a spider or two. He did the external web removal and sprayed outside for spiders & bugs and checked in with me before leaving since I had asked him to. He even picked up my bike the wind had knocked over since I am limited in what I can do. Very nice; very professional; helpful gentleman.
Communication is terrible. They contact you just before they are on their way, you have no time to make arrangements to unlock gates. I’m not even sure if they do anything. Everytime all I get is a paper that says he sprayed for mosquitoes, ticks and fleas. It’s Fall!!! How about doing someone for rodents? No, you want to charge me even more than your ridiculous monthly price! No way to get out of this ridiculous contract! DO NOT EVER use this company!
The office staff with this company is extremely poor—unorganized, unhelpful, and very difficult to deal with. They gave me the impression they had no clue what they were doing. The first tech they sent was lazy, rushed through, and ignored the exact spot I pointed out where the wasps were located.The only positive part of this experience was the second tech who came out today—he was excellent, very knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Unfortunately, the terrible office staff and the poor first service overshadow that. Overall, not a company I can recommend.
Mario did an amazing job. He drove an hour to fill in for my scheduled technician and was thorough, respectful and timely. He found a second wasps next and treated the entire house. I have a palpable sense of peace and security after Mario's work. Greenix should be proud to have Mario on their team.
The service was terrible, their guys used cheap traps anyone can buy at Home DepotCheap bate, that did nothing, after months of service, they caught NOTHING!I paid them over $600.00 with zero results.I canceled the service and they charged me another $200.00 cancellation fee.There was supposed to be a guarantee, but there was not.I still have the same exact problem with mice. I decided to go after the problem on my own. I even closed in holes in the house myself.I would Never recommend this company to anyone. There was even more bad stories about them.Don’t waste your money
