First of all, customer service has been AMAZING and has been working with me from the beginning to get my order figured out. Second, these bugs are much more active than when I order with DMV or arbico. I can see bugs crawling on the outside of the box that they got to me in less than 24 hours. Beneficial Insectary is the absolute best choice for protecting our environment. Using these insects to protect our crops and vegetation gives us the safest alternative to pesticides and makes so much sense. Using these beneficial bugs also insures that we have truly organic crops.
I placed an order for green lacewings and parasitic wasps after discovering an infestation of black aphids in my most productive tomato plant that appeared to be spreading. Three days later I was releasing them into my garden. The aphids are gone. The tomato plants are healthy and productive without being exposed to harmful chemicals.The Beneficial Insectary website provided the information I needed to purchase the right insects for my garden.

Staff could not elaborate on vague instructions given for release of aphid predators. Turns out they were either delivered to us dead or the instructions for release they gave were incorrect. We politely asked for a refund and the staff was rude. We were not issued a refund.
