Rowdy was very professional explaining what he was going to do and what we should expect to happen controlling the bugs around our home.
They do not do free estimates I called was told no I need to have the owner call and make and account to bill them so no it’s not a free estimate they won’t even come until an account is made.
Not very pleased with Clark. When we signed up for service the salesperson said we would not be in a contract and that mice was a covered service. On 1st visit from technician he told us a different story without fully explaining what we signed up for. Now we are stuck with a contract that does not cover mice and can't get out of contract for a poor service for a year of be charged $199. Seniors can't afford that. We were also told they would work around our work schedule. Techs show up whenever they want. Nothing like we were told from salesperson.UPDATE 10-17we had a technician Colby, come out and did a good job of addressing our concerns. However, strike 3. Clark sent us to collections on a bill we paid. Shame on you.
Very dissatisfied. After having our windows washed, they came through and sprayed so much, the once clean windows had bug spray streaking down them. I called Clarks, and after waiting on hold for 13 minutes the receptionist said, " I'll note your account" I asked if they would like the pictures i took and they said " no, I don't need them, I'll note your account".After a couple of days thinking about how they handled it I called back and after 15 minutes on hold again I told them I would like to cancel my service. They asked, why? I proceeded to tell them there are several reasons. First, every time I have called it is at least a 13-minute wait. Then I informed the receptionist of the previous exchange and how disappointed I was. I informed her I would have expected the first call to go something like this: Oh, I am so sorry to hear that sir. I will make note on your account and send someone out to clean up the mess we have made your house. But no, all I got was I'll make not on your account. Where is the pride in work? Where is the professionalism? The receptionist informed me She would need to transfer me to the "Cancelation Department". I asked if I would be hold again for 15 more minutes. She said " No. if they don't pick up after 2 minutes I will come back on the line and have them call you back. Well, after 3 minute the Cancellation Department never picked up. The receptionist did get back on, took my number and said she would have them call me back. I guess nobody is surprised the Cancellation Department has not returned my calls yet.
For the price you would think my pest problem wouldn’t be an issue. I have had several different techs and my original tech was the only one who cleared all the cobwebs and triple checked with me how things were going. He would walk the property and make sure I was happy. After a year I had enough and canceled service. More bugs now than I ever had. That tells me current techs are not doing the job right or they have super diluted the chemicals to save money but still charge high rate. In the beginning I would complain and ask them to come back out but got over that quick. Just wanted to complete my contract and be done. The sales team that came door to door made it seam like they would spray entire property but not the case. Have to ask them to do this or that every visit. I’m busy working and didn’t have time to babysit. Stay clear and support the local mom and pop businesses.
