We have had a number of Pest Control companies in the past that were so, so or were so bad that they caused damage. We thought we would give Woods Pest Control a go at it. They have been spectacular. Anthony has been our go-to favorite employee for some time now. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, respectful, and patient. He took the time to get to know us and to anticipate what would work best for our particular situation. He noticed so many things that were potential pest issues that we as average homeowners overlooked. Thank you Woods Pest Control for such a gem of an employee. Would Recommend AAA+++
We were very pleased with the services provided and our rodent issue has been addressed satisfactorily. Our technician (Robert) was personable, professional and got the job done! My only slight gripe is the fee for inspection the first visit as we are a non-profit that stays afloat based on grants and donations. Seemed a bit high but then everything is expensive these days. Overall it was a positive experience with a good outcome.
Woods Pest Control is a great company. Wonderful. No more pests! Keith is our service technician and he always makes sure to do a most excellent job. He always checks to see if we have had any problems at all. He does a very thorough job. Since having Woods (and Keith!), we have not had one little itty bitty or big creepy problem.
Anthony was our service provider yesterday in Mount Shasta. He is an outstanding representative of Woods! Very friendly, told us what he would be doing on the property and checked with our local artist, who was working on the property, to make sure she was aware of the fact he would be treating during her time working for us.Anthony was very efficient and let us know of an area where he noticed some ants and let us know he did not detect any wasp nests. This is all important because the property is a vacation rental and we often host families with children.Overall a pleasure to interact with Anthony! Thanks!
