Integrity and strong communication throughout the whole process. Matt set realistic expectations and was not only responsive but reached out unprompted on multiple occasions to ensure our pest situation was improving. He even went over and above by sending over an official report and making a second visit at no charge.

Matt is really great to work with, I can't say enough good things. He is quick to respond and knows what to do. I have had him help with a few different bugs, and all treatments were effective and efficient. I highly recommend All Pro.

Stephanie Fleury

Matt is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. After a quick situation description via text, Matt followed up with pertinent questions and then called to confirm his understanding and set a time for inspection. His communication was very good, and his customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your prompt response and guidance. Highly recommend Matt with All-Pro Pest Control.

Matt is so great to work with - very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond for us recently when we had a squirrel trapped in our chimney! He has been so helpful in keeping our old house mouse-free, explaining the importance of outside stations and pointing out any areas he sees around the exterior that need attention. I feel so much more comfortable in our house with the help he's given us and with knowing we are being proactive. I would highly recommend him to anyone, whether you have a problem or just want to prevent one!
