I called Mo originally for a wasp problem and he was able to come on the same day to help. He also discovered that we had a mice infestation at the same time, which he promptly got to work on taking care of both issues. He was easy to work with and offered his services for a fair price. Two weeks ago, I noticed a couple of pinholes in the ceiling of one of my rooms, which I suspected were caused by termites. Given Moe’s excellent reputation on Google, I reached out to him. He promptly came for an inspection the next day. Upon going up into the attic, he quickly identified mice and chipmunk footprints. Moe went above and beyond, conducting a thorough inspection of even the furthest corners of the attic. To my surprise, he discovered a bat colony and significant bat droppings. Moe returned for three consecutive days, sealing cracks on the roof and installing a one-way door for the bats to exit. He also placed multiple bait stations for mice around the house and protected the vents from raccoons and chipmunks with mesh. A week later, he revisited and confirmed that all the bats were gone. He then removed the droppings, took down the one-way door, and sealed everything up. Moe’s quote was much more affordable than those of other companies I consulted. He was punctual, thorough, and to the point. I highly recommend Moe’s business. He is highly knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy.
