We were so fortunate to have Sam and his wonderful technicians help us resolve our bed bugs issue. Sam was quick in coming over to inspect our house, provide us with a formal quote and within less than a week have his technicians come over to heat treat our house. His technicians were really respectful and constantly updated us on their progress during the day of the heat treatment. Sam talked me through the procedure, highlighting the need for preparation in advance. He also offered to have his technicians help with the trickier things, like taking down and reinstalling vinyl blinds. This made it very convenient. He explained why intense heat works better than chemicals as it permeates the walls, targeting every stage of the bedbugs, including baseboards and walls. This seemed to have worked, and he suggested monitoring the apt for 90 days, which is stated in the Agreement. We had tried another company using Apprehend chemical but it did not do the job. We are relieved to have our lives back! 100% professionalism with this company.
