Thanks to the owner, Shon, for following up and building in new training and systems to prevent future issues.~~~~~~~~~~Previous review for transparency:It makes me very sad so leave this 1-star review. Our experience with Accel started very positively about 10 years ago. The owner was very involved, the technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. But in the last few years, it has really gone downhill. We had a technician charging us for service that never happened. That was eventually resolved. We’ve had multiple issues with their billing service where invoices are marked overdue as soon as service is complete, but then payments are only marked received at a significant delay from the payments being made. For us, this resulted in countless hours chasing down invoices to match up service visits with corresponding charges. We finally switched providers, feeling very relieved to send in our last payment to Accel, which we found out 2 months later that they didn’t even cash! We’ve reached out to solve the problem and have sent the last payment AGAIN, but have gotten no response. And now they claim our account is in arrears and is being sent to collections. Don’t sign up for this stress and hassle! There are lots of pest control companies. Choose ANYONE other than Accel. Save yourself a lot of headaches.
