I chose US Pest because of the many positive reviews. Daniel was a wealth of information, and fully explained what the plan of attack would be, outlind the timeline for followup, and everything was finished in a few minutes after that.This whole thing came at a very compressed time when I suddenly had a lot of stuff going on, so I really appreciate the speed and efficiency of this visit. This is an initial visit which will turn into contracted service. The property is 80 years old, so pests, bugs and vermin can take advantage of deteriorated areas to access the home, so it makes sense to treat the home before it becomes a huge problem.
Daniel as always, for the second time, was great, knowledgeable and personable. He thoroughly went over what he was going to do and why. He also had a lot knowledge on certain pests as well. Highly, highly recommend.
