Customers mention timely service, and one describes the team as respectful, informative and kind. One household appreciated the organic treatment around pets and a baby; another customer says the technician stopped serious roach problems and had gone on emergency calls. A customer also says Joe was rude and repeatedly interrupted her grandmother during a discussion about her service plan and payment; the customer acknowledged that Joe was correct about the amount owed.

Best pest control company in NM, only ones I trust. Their techs are supreme, the whole operation is a source of excellence.

We had a last minute request for a pre-treatment prior to our foundation being poured, and Joseph was able to work with us! Joseph fit us into his schedule, was transparent about the pricing, and completed the service in a timely manner. We look forward to working with him for future needs!
Lauren Zielinski, CNM
We have been using Joe for almost 4 years. In both Rio Rancho and Santa Fe we have had great experiences. Joe is polite, timely, always does what he says he will and his team is respectful informative and kind. The pest control works great and I feel better knowing it’s organic since we have pets and a baby. They are on top of calling to schedule quarterly for the service we use which is perfect. Thanks Joe! - Lauren and Evan
