Hello!I am as of 2/9/2026 enjoying mye first scheduled quarterly visit (2nd experience total). Joe is my representative and I am thrilled with his service and expertise. I could not be happier!! Well, I mean if I had a beer in my hand I guess I would be a bit happier...and a turkey leg in the other hand. But other than that, I could not be happier. Also a giant pile of money would make me happier too. Seriously though...there is no part of their service that I found lacking.I had a bad first experience with another company, who no-showed me two times for my pest problem. I called Compass once, and they were very friendly and helpfully informative (and showed up on the first try). I walked through their offerings so I can see where if anywhere they differed from the coverage I was supposed to get with my failed first choice. Their price was lower or equal to anything I felt was in the quality level I wanted. Joe took my concern of my pets seriously and together we planned an approach that would be minimally disruptive to the indoor animals, with great success.My issue for why I was looking for pest control was mainly with ants. After trying a bunch of DYI pest control options and sprays and such, I decided I needed a professional. So when I hired Compass, the main issue was with ants. If you even thought of dropping a crystal of sugar on the floor, there would be a thick line of ants snaking all over the house to get to it within maybe an hour. Sometimes we would see random scouts. They would come from behind outlet plates and joints between wall and ceiling. Joe from Compass listened to my pain points, did some investigating of his own, then proceeded to remove my pests.I have not seen an ant since that first visit. And we have been sloppy and living a carefree existence since then. Before, leaving food out for mere minutes was a recipe for an ant attack. Now, if we forget...no big deal. No ants. Peace...ahhhhhhh.My ONLY regret was not calling Compass as the first company. That would have saved me some trouble. If you are in the market for pest control, you would be hard-pressed to find better value.
