I called at 9:42 AM and a human being actually answered the telephone. Not a robot!! My monthly subscription evidently afforded me a same day appointment. I was promised a tech would arrive at my home no later than 2:30 PM. I then received a text confirming the appointment. Alex called me at 10:47 AM to let me know he was 15 minutes out. 15 minutes later he arrived, inspected both front and back yards, did what was needed, explained what he did and left. We shall see if we catch any critters Alex will return in a 5 to 7 days. This experience from start to finish could not have been better! Alex could not have been nicer!!
Great company - they've been servicing our property for years. We live in an area where gophers just come out of nowhere and I just send a note to them and they're out here in a day or two to handle it. They communicate well with simple texts to remind you of an upcoming service as well as when they're en route, which is great as a dog owner. I'd definitely recommend!
Very thankful for your technician, Samuel’s follow up visit today. Last week he set traps for gophers and today he diligently dug up a gopher. Samuel was professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable.He restored our lawn areas where he dug out so you cannot tell where he had pulled out plugs. He was awesome and delightful.
