Has been a great experience with this company. My Uncle passed away and his home is in an area with alot of pests and wildlife. We had the house tented and they also come out every few months to check the traps and spray the perimeter. Phillip has been awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.We will be using Western for our own home as well. Reasonably priced and great service!
Our Western Exterminator representative is the best. He lets us know when he's coming a day or more ahead of time. He asks us if we've had any new occurrences. And he comes to the door when he gets here to let us know what he's going to do. This is good customer service.
