Very poor communication between the office and techs. I am writing this because I complained a week ago about a technician taking all of 5 minutes for a service call and dousing my home in so much Demand CS that my windows were covered in it and it was dripping off of my gutters and under the front porch. Hello, I have children and animals, I don't really think it's appropriate to shower in that crap. The tech repeatedly did not do what we asked, which was to climb a ladder to reach the second floor area of the house where the wasp nest was.This last time, the insecticide was dripping down everywhere and all over my blooming hosta flowers. He hit the back patio door so hard I thought it was a hose. They sent invoices to my email when my husband was promised paper bills. I have never gotten a call back from them to discuss what has happened. It seems like plunketts does not deliver what they say they will.Editing: After a long of back and forth, I was finally able to contact the be all end all, decider of everything named Daryl. He was extremely dismissive and didn't care at all about the concerns I brought up regarding the service or contacting them or billing. I'm not sure how someone with his customer service skills got to that level but wow. I was appalled. Good luck Plunketts, you're going to need it as people wake up to the damage all of these insecticides cause and how overpriced they are for the level of service. Then you try to resolve concerns and you're dismissed and talked down to. Customer service is zero with this company.
Had mice in my house for the first time in 10+ years. Found the entry point and set up traps and bait stations resulting in immediate disappearance of the mice. Live in a wooded area and between indoor and outdoor traps and bait stations have taken care of mouse issue. Very responsive to calls and great service people!
Stephen notified us several days in advance of when he would be here and he did a nice job of spraying our home and out-building for fall invader insects. The treatment helps a great deal to keep box elder bugs and Asian ladybugs out of our home.
I've been having issues the past three weeks with yellow jackets making nests by my shed and crack by my lower basement door.Jason came. Easy to talk to and listened to my concerns.I've had this company in the past get rid of other pests and I have been very pleased with their services they provide.This is my second time calling them and will continue calling them if I need to.I'm happy and very very satisfied.When I called, they scheduled to come here and it was quick. Jason also called before he comes letting you know he is on his way.I liked that a lot. Jason did a great job!Thank you again!!!
