Fabulous help. They were able to get out for the work in a timely fashion. It was helpful to be able to contact them whenever I needed. The staff are always professional and courteous.
While the salespeople are very professional and do an excellent job getting you a free quote actually getting the services you paid for in a timely manner is a nightmare. The company thinks nothing about just not showing up to appointments they scheduled, are unable to reach their technicians in the field for updates and are unwilling to reallocate other technicians to meet their obligations. There is no communication with their customers regarding any service updates unless you initiate the call and they will give you the runaround if you try to get answers. I regret using their service and will be looking for other options in the future
Very disappointed in Terminix. I scheduled an inspection for wasp nest removal. I was told I needed to meet the tech, so I rearranged my work scheduled to be available to meet them at the scheduled time. Had to wait many days for the inspection. The tech never showed. No call or anything. Poor service!
