We had an excellent experience with Ryan and Joshua from Town and Country Pest Control. They were professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They took the time to explain the entire process in detail so we understood exactly what they were doing and why. They carefully inspected our home both inside and out, identified potential entry points where mice could be getting in, and clearly pointed those areas out to us. They set traps strategically and sealed up holes to prevent further access. What impressed us most was their commitment to follow-up. They returned on a regular basis to monitor the property, check the traps, and look for any additional evidence of mice. Thanks to their diligence and expertise, the mice have been eradicated. Ryan and Joshua did a great job, and we truly appreciate that they continue to monitor the property to ensure the problem stays resolved. Highly recommend!

Kelly was courteous and efficient when she scheduled my service. I am deaf so the option to text was really nice. She also made a note in the file so when Josh came he text me to let me know he was on the way. Josh was very helpful, explained the process, and was very courteous as well. Excellent service and staff. If I ever need rodent removal services again, they will bill my first call! Will not be disappointed with this company and their staff! 5 ??

I've been a customer with Town and Country for over a year. They spray my house for insects and did a fantastic job with that. This is the second service I've gotten with them and it's been just as good as the first. Their communication is fast and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The home inspection was thorough and everything was explained to me along the way. Absolute professionals all the way around. Highly recommend their services.

I had an excellent experience with Town & Country! Kelly, who took my initial (distressed) call, was incredibly patient, understanding and knowledgable. She answered all of my questions and validated my concerns about all of the worrisome animal sounds I was hearing in my home. Pavel, the technician who came to do my initial inspection as well as provide my treatments, was absolutely top-notch! He was highly knowledgeable, patient, an excellent communicator, and superb in everything he did from start to finish. I am deeply grateful for all of his hard work, as well as his kind, compassionate nature along the way. My red squirrel issue was a complicated one, and they were quite persistent. Pavel never gave up...even when I feared the problem might never be solved and my anxieties were higher than ever, he always reassured me he would keep adjusting everything until it was figured it out...and he did! I am so impressed with his dedication and commitment to his job! When I need to address an additional pest issue that was discovered during my squirrel journey (bats apparently love residing in my house, too!) this coming spring, I will not hesitate to call on this wonderful company to help me.
