I was assisting my boss with some property management when I got to work with Bryant and Brandon. They were absolutely amazing and incredibly kind. They called me prior with their arrival time to the property, which was very helpful. As someone who was not very well versed on the subject, they explained all of the processes in depth to me as they got the job done. I look forward to working with their company further in the future.
Modern Solutions has been amazing to work with. The very first spray we saw a beyond amazing reduction of the small lady bug like like bugs & box elder bugs in and on the house. As for ants we haven't seen any in the house since we started their program. While nothing is 100% their product is real close and better then any other spray we bought. Three simple services a year two sprays outside and one in made a world of difference for us.Brandon and Michael from their service team are great, personable, on time and great with dogs.They also have some rodent prevention service, which I haven't tried but if they are like the bug services they should be worth it.
Brandon was great! He gave me a call on his way over to let me know when he would arrive and he got right to work addressing my problem. I recently bought my house and with the snow mice have started coming in. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained how everything worked and was very courteous as he set it all up. The cost ended up being a little higher than I was hoping but if it solves the issue I will be happy. I always try to support local businesses when I can and I am optimistic that Modern Solutions will be the answer to all my pest issues!
