First rate service. Had noticed we had an unwanted visitor (mice) in our home. Tech patched any entry points, set baits, and sprayed exterior of the house. He also took the time to educate me on how mice behave and further remediation steps I can take on my end.
This is my second year using Jame River Pest Control. Joe is so helpful in answering my questions , and all of his technicians that come out do an excellent job. I have referred their services to several friends. They were also very pleased with them. Great Company!!!
Joe proved to be super knowledgeable and very personable throughout my initial phone call and his first treatment for my home. It meant a lot to have the owner of the business kick things off for us. He was able to put me at ease every step of the way. I know we're in good hands, thanks again!
We noticed a roach problem over the last couple of months and finally decided to get some professional help. I called early in the morning and had a very pleasant and informative discussion with Joe. We set an appointment for later the same day. Logan came and talked me through everything he would be doing to treat the issue. Great experience so far. Highly recommend.
I used James River Pest Solution in Midlothian for a flea issue and they did a great job. They were on time, efficient, communicated well, and offered a reasonable price for the service. The only critique I have is that I wish we had been given more advance guidance on how to prep the house, like what to move or cover, before the treatment. That would’ve made things smoother. Other than that, they were professional and I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others in the area.
