Our experience with this pest control company was disappointing from the start. The initial interaction at our door felt uncomfortable and gave us a bad impression right away.Communication was very poor. We were not clearly told upfront that the landlord would need to be present for service, and it seemed like they were pushing a monthly service plan instead of offering a simple one-time treatment option. Not everyone wants to be locked into recurring service.Transparency and professionalism matter, and unfortunately this experience lacked both; therefore, after speaking with the landlord we decided to move forward with a different company.
Natalie was awesome. She helped me with my concern the first call and even provided additional information that will help me if I run into any issues! She's very pleasant to speak with.
Adding an update: I was reached out to after the original review and was able to recieve some assistance. Raul was very helpful and i appreciated that he was able to get us scheduled the day after. I am hopeful that the issues we were having will be resolved and i will definitely update my review again as we are serviced. The tech that came the following day was extremely helpful and polite.Original: sales person was extremely convincing. Upon our first service the tech was having unprofessional conversations that our security system picked up. Called to schedule a re-service as they only did part of what they were supposed to. Every time we are supposed to receive our next service, it does not get scheduled. I have to call and then the schedule us for a random date/time when majority of the time we are not available(dual military). Will not allow you to cancel the contract when they breached their own contract on when they service. Attempted to rectify with a month of no payment and yet again, re-scheduling for when we are unavailable. I was very hopeful as the sales person was pretty good. Extremely disappointed.Definitely NEVER should have switched from White Knight. We are considering other options and have reached out to the better business bureau.

Emma was great! Super friendly and fulfilled my request promptly. Everyone at Alta has been great, we have been customers for just over a year and have utilized several services. I’ve never had a complaint. The salesman who signed us up, the customer service reps and the technicians are all absolutely superb. The services work really well too. We have been dealing with a brown recluse problem since moving into our new house, as well as termites and mice. Alta has taken care of everything and we definitely notice a difference every time they come. When Emma notified me that we can renew our subscription, I had no hesitation whatsoever. Even if the price had increased (which it didn’t), I definitely would still renew. We recommend Alta to everyone!
