Fantastic company! We were having some rodent activity so we called Sentry the office staff is very welcoming and eager to help.The technician got back to me right away and I explained what was taking place. When he arrived at our home we had the privilege of Allister the owner looking after us he informed me of the different options and treatments for peace of mind we chose the monitoring program. We walked around the house and Allister pointed a few things out to watch for and started the treatment. Allister is 100% professional very passionate about his job and his customers with a warm and pleasant manner always looking to help! All we have to do is look at what example Allister sets and we know that Sentry pest control was the right choice for us and our home! Thank you! Without a doubt highly recommended! Update: It's been about five months now Daniel is our technician he is awesome! Great service!

My daughters needed some ants taken care of and during the first meeting the owner claimed he discussed a two year contract of repeated service . My daughters are renters and Uvic students and would not even be in the house that long. The length of the contract was Never discussed as they could never have agreed to that only being a renter for short term. The company now says a break contract fee of $265 is owed. Please be careful before using this company as our experience has not been great - be super mindful before agreeing to their services.

“ The Wasp Guy “ and all the staff, from the office to the on site folks are top notch with communication and punctuality.
I had a wasps nest that was out of control in my attic and within 3 days they were able to get out and look after it, also sprayed around the house, and the follow up has been great. Thanks again !! Awesome work !!

From taking the time to answer our questions to understand your services and processes, to selecting effective products used are pet and wildlife safe, to his knowledge and experience as a true professional.

We just moved to the area (Hammond Bay) and we had all kinds of pests around that we needed to start managing, from spiders and wasps to ants and rats.

We have pets (dog, cat, fishtank and a koi pond), and wildlife actively crossing our property (deer, bunnies, owls and other birds, etc.) that we wanted to ensure are safe.

We were very impressed to receive personal attention from the owner (Alister), and to hear how he runs the company. He clearly has an impeccable moral code, which is evident in his demeanour and authenticity.  Initial communication with the rest of the team is proving that Alister's team shares his vision and passion for great service. I would choose Sentry over other similar product offerings on the company's character alone.
