We've been customers of Rottler for over 10 years and couldn't be happier. The ongoing, regular service that we get has kept our home pretty much pest free, especially inside. James "Tony" Burroughs has been our technician for the past year or more. He's prompt, courteous, professional and communicates very well. We rarely have needed service in between regular service calls but today was different. It's 3 days before Christmas and we will have a house full of people. We noticed some gnats over the last couple of days. I saw Tony's truck in the neighborhood today so I called and left him a message to see if he could swing by. He responded that he would, 30 minutes later he was here. He addressed the problem and I'm confident that we will be gnat free for Christmas.Thank you Tony, and Rottler, for keeping us free of pests year-round and for the excellent service. Our experience with Rottler has been great. Addressing our Mole problem has been quite a challenge, but they have caught a few. Our technician, Joshua Tucker, has been great to work with. I appreciate his friendly demeanor and awesome communication. He always keeps me informed and makes himself available whenever I need to reach out.
