Insight Pest Control- Salem

Very successful appointment. Mike Is a valuable employee to insight, full of all kinds of useful and interesting information. I look forward to seeing him again to learn more about critters and things we don’t want around our house or in our house. They need to stay out in the woods or maybe we need to move out to the woods.

As always the technician Heather is friendly, professional and thorough. I forgot the service was today so she could only perform part of the service because I hadn't moved stuff that needed to be out of the way. She let the office know to reschedule the remainder of the service. The company as a whole has been easy to deal with every time I've had to contact them.

This was our first time using Insight Pest Solutions and Anthony B made it a fantastic experience. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. He performed a very thorough assessment, sprayed around the outside of our home, sealed potential rodent entryways, and placed traps in the crawl space. He clearly explained everything he found and what we can expect moving forward. We really appreciated how comfortable and informed he made us feel.

This is my first time using Insight Pest Control services.
First, I called their service center on 9/5 trying to find someone to help me remove a skunk in a life trap. After I talked to Cody at Insight for more than half an hour, I committed myself to signing up for an annual service contract because I really like how Cody presented his company's services and convinced me theirs is better than others. He is humble, friendly, and patient, No pressure at all.

Second, I would like to take my time to give Parker sincere feedback and a big “THANK YOU!”
He showed up yesterday on 9/6, took him more than 1 hr, thoroughly spayed my entire property, which is a decent size, and also helped me to set up a bait for rats.
He also went above and beyond to help me spray behind my backyard fence to kill carpenter ants and checked my house Crawl Space since I had not had it checked for years.
I’m truly grateful and thankful for his professionalism and enthusiasm for his remarkable services. I could not ask any better as this was not what I expected when comparing with another local pest control company’s services I used previously, which each job usually was done within 15-30 minutes.
I will highly recommend insight to my friends and coworkers - ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR!!
