My first impression of Kanga is that they care, have great customer service and truly want to help. When I called, a real person actually answered the phone! She was very friendly and helped answer my initial questions. Next the owner, Jesse, stopped by my house to assess my concerns. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain and answer any questions. Later that day he emailed me a quote, and I decided to switch companies (despite still being under contract with a competitor). Today, Orlando and another technician started the process to rid my house of pests. Kanga replaced my crawlspace vents if there were holes vs. the competitor shoved steel wool in the holes (after me insisting). Kanga also replaced one of my vent covers vs the other company said I’d have to hire someone to fix it. Kanga also set many traps in my crawlspace vs the competition only set 2 traps in the crawl space. Orlando was very thorough, knowledgeable & friendly. So far, I’m very impressed, and I feel confident they will help me control the pests in my house!2nd visit. I had a new technician, Alex. Again, great customer service. I’m very happy with Kanga!

Tyler got rid of a wasp nest in a supporting rock wall (NW Portland) - very quick and easy, and a reasonable price (lower than a couple others quoted). Had sprayed it a few times myself but it just wasn't working, Kanga booked an appointment next day and got the job done!
Amazing service. We switched from a competitor and have no regrets. The communication is excellent. Juan did an great job and gave a quick follow up phone call after our most recent service just to touch base. Kanga is a great representation of quality service and is something that is becoming hard to find in today's age.
