When he got here, all was done well.
I have asked that I am notified prior to the visit as to when I might expect someone. I realize and exact time is difficult to say, but a 2 hour window of time would be sufficient. We work from home but often are busy on the phone or in a meeting and we cannot let anyone in because of dogs and of a security gate, so this is vital for all future visits.
Please keep that in mind for the future. If this is not possible, then let me know and we will look for other options for us.
