Every time I get service done it’s always excellent but this time I asked him to spray outside and he was here just a few minutes and then left without even asking if I needed anything else or just saying he was finished! Very disappointing!
When he got here, all was done well.I have asked that I am notified prior to the visit as to when I might expect someone. I realize and exact time is difficult to say, but a 2 hour window of time would be sufficient. We work from home but often are busy on the phone or in a meeting and we cannot let anyone in because of dogs and of a security gate, so this is vital for all future visits.Please keep that in mind for the future. If this is not possible, then let me know and we will look for other options for us.
TJ was out to perform our quarterly inspection. He is very thorough in his work. He explains everything and makes sure he answers all our questions before he leaves. Always a pleasure to see him
