Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise the technicians’ professionalism, friendliness and thoroughness; comments also note clear explanations. One customer particularly appreciated Lemuel addressing the spots identified around the property. Critical accounts describe ineffective service and difficult cancellation: one customer said wasp activity worsened after 15 months and reported a two-day cancellation process ending in a termination charge, while another said the written terms and final price differed from the sales discussion and that cancellation required a manager.

Lemuel is a great technician. He took the time to explain everything he was planning on doing at my property. I told him of a few spots to make sure he knew what I wanted and he didn’t hesitate to take care of those concerns. He was super friendly and respectful of my time and I really appreciate that. Lemuel knocked it out of the park with my service.

I had a great experience working with Jeremy. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to answer my questions without rushing. The inspection was thorough, and I felt confident in the accuracy of the findings. Overall, a courteous and reliable service that I would recommend to others.

Bryce is always efficient and thorough. I especially appreciate that he is a steady technician with your company so he knows what he is doing and his experience shows. He is considerate, friendly, and anticipates problems and has solutions ready. He had a helper with him today who was also exceptional. Thanks to them both!

This company is extremely misleading. The salesperson who came to my home gave me one set of promises, but the actual contract told a very different story. To make it worse, the price I was quoted upfront was not the price I was later charged — they increased it after the fact. The service never worked properly, so I tried to cancel. That’s when they claimed I was stuck in a 12-month agreement, even though the sales rep clearly told me I could walk away after 3 months if I wasn’t satisfied. When I attempted to cancel through email and text, they refused and said I had to speak directly with a manager. I made it clear I didn’t want any further contact or anyone coming to my property. I also told them I would not continue making payments. Their response was to threaten me with collections. I will continue sharing my experience publicly so others don’t go through the same thing. My advice: don’t rely on what the salesperson says — only trust what’s in writing.

I would rather light myself on fire than ever do business with Saela again. I hired them for bug/wasp service, but after 15 months the wasps were swarming more than ever before, check the photo -this is one of the many traps I set up in the backyard catching thousands of wasps 15 months into the contract. Nests everywhere! It was worse than before they ever started. And when I tried to cancel after 15 months, the process was absolutely excruciating! It took two days of being bounced from manager to manager, each whom would keep me on the phone for hours......they would not cancel me. Finally they gave up and nailed me with a termination charge which at this point I was actually relieved to pay just to get them to go away. PS: I had them do an estimate to remove a couple mice from our attic, they quoted me $21,000!!!! At least I was smart enough not to fall for it. Awful, awful, awful....Buyer beware!
